e.Risk of Loss: You are aware of the speculative nature and high risks associated with Forex trading, Futures trading, CFDs trading or any other financial product trading. You understand its trading parameters and You have had the opportunity to ask questions on how the Signal Trader Service shall handle signals into Your trading account.

f.Risk Disclosure Statement: You are aware that the risk of loss in trading can be substantial. You should therefore carefully consider whether such trading is suitable for you in light of Your financial condition. When trading on margin, you may sustain a total loss of the initial margin funds and any additional funds that you deposit with your broker to establish or maintain a position in the market. Before deciding to trade and/or invest, you should carefully consider your objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not trade or invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

g.You understand that there can be no guarantee that your use of the signal providers or the information disseminated on this website will result in profits. Furthermore, you understand that your use of the signal providers or the information disseminated on this website may result in substantial losses. Additionally, you understand that there is no trading system or recommendation service that is free from the risk of loss. Trading Anarchy does not imply or guarantee that you will make a profit and you agree that neither Trading Anarchy nor any of its officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents or affiliates will be held responsible for the performance of the signals generated by third parties and transferred by the Application to your brokers trading account or trading losses in your account.

h.By viewing this website and using the Service, you fully understand and agree that Forex markets as well as other financial markets are subject to numerous implicit and explicit risks, none of which Signal Trader can control or influence. You therefore acknowledge and agree that all trading is solely at your own risk. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and you should seek advice from an independent financial advisor before trading.

i.You agree to bear complete responsibility for your choice of signal provider(s) and acknowledge that Trading Anarchy has not and will not make any specific recommendations to you upon which you are entitled to rely. You also understand that the information disseminated on this website represents impersonal, disinterested opinions and commentary of Trading Anarchy and its employees and agents, but that the information does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to trade using any specific signal provider and you agree that neither Trading Anarchy nor any of its officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents or affiliates will be held responsible for the performance of the signals chosen by you and transferred by the Application to your brokers trading account.

k.Third Party Signal Providers: Trading Anarchy makes no guarantee, implied or otherwise, as to the information provided to investors by third party signal providers, or through their respective websites. As such, the use of these third party signal providers is at investor’s own risk.

l.The returns for third-party signal providers listed throughout this website may be hypothetical in that they represent returns in a model account. The model account begins with the initial capital level listed. The percentage returns reflect inclusion of commissions, spreads, interest, fees, and the cost of the system. The commission, spread, interest and fee costs included in the calculations varies per system.

m.The actual percentage of gains/losses experienced by investors will vary depending on numerous factors, including, but not limited to: starting account balances, broker performance and spreads, market behavior, the investor’s account settings, and the performance of the signal provider. As a result, actual percentage gains/losses experienced by investors may be materially different than the percentage gains/losses as presented on this website.

p.By using the services, you agree that errors and/or omissions contained in such information shall not be made the basis for any claim, demand or cause of action against Trading Anarchy or any third-party information providers.

q.Power of Attorney: You acknowledge and agree that by accepting these terms and conditions you grant Rebel limited power of attorney over your account, in order to place orders in your account through the application in accordance with the trading signals.

2.Products and Services

a.It is your responsibility to identify and obey all applicable law in regard to use of any items purchased on the Site. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

b. Trading Anarchy may make changes to any product or service offered on the Site, or to the prices of those products or services at any time.

c.The Trading Anarchy Application (the “Service”): The Application receives trading signals from third party signal providers. Once the signal is received, Trading Anarchy validates the signal and confirms whether it is consistent with the investor’s account settings and preferences. If the signal is accepted, Rebel sends the trading signal to the investor’s broker for execution.

3.Payment, Subscription, Cancelation

a.Where indicated on the Site, fees are charged to access and use certain Services on the Site. Users may purchase a membership to use and access certain Services that are not available to Users who do not choose to purchase.

b.If you sign up for a monthly subscription, you agree to pay all subscription charges associated with the plan to which you subscribe.

c.Services and fees are subject to change from time to time without notice.

d.Subscriptions will continue until cancelled by the User. At the end of your Subscription period, your Subscription will automatically renew for the same Subscription period at the current Subscription rate for the applicable Subscription plan, unless you cancel your Subscription before it renews. For any automatic renewal, you authorize Rebel to charge your selected payment method the then-current applicable
